Identifying the Opportunity

The culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion has never been more relevant, especially in the work environment. Businesses large and small are increasingly providing more education and help to ensure their business is achieving greater inclusivity and equity, fostering a work environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best.

The Challenge

Getting through to key decision-makers in corporations is quite a challenge, especially when they’re swamped with overload of information from different sources – daily! How can we ensure our outreach cuts through the noise? Effective cold outreach is not just about being noticed; it aims to generate a positive response and initiate a conversation. Our message must be compelling enough to spark curiosity, clearly identify the pain points and be easy to understand.

The Solution

We agreed campaign strategy, deciding on preferred geographical locations and we knew that going for larger corporations would bring the best results. We pinpointed key decision-makers like DEI leads, People and Culture Partners, HR Directors.

Remember, business decisions can involve multiple key decision makers, so it’s worth reaching out to 2-3 within the same company. But it’s not advisable going for the whole HR department!

We implemented email copy that invokes a positive response by highlighting the painpoints and providing an easy solution. The email campaign was presonalised, reaching the right inboxes at the right time, whilst avoiding spam filters. Each message was speaking to each prospect on a personal level, highlighting the solution in a conversational manner. We strategically timed follow-ups to maximise engagement without overwhelming the potential client.

The results

By aligning our approach with the needs and preferences of our target audience, we successfully generated 9 quality leads within a single month!
