Identifying the Opportunity
In today’s context, there’s a growing trend of health consciousness in office environments. We aimed to tap into this by offering the company’s tailored health and wellness seminars to employees of larger corporations. The focus was on enhancing overall company culture, boosting job satisfaction, improving employer reputation, reducing absenteeism, and fostering stronger teamworking culture.
The Challenge
How do we reach the key decision makers in large corporations when they’re juggling multiple priorities? Additionally, how do we capture their attention within the first few seconds of engaging with our outreach? Effective cold outreach isn’t just about grabbing their attention but the key goal is getting a positive response and starting a conversation. This means our message must spark curiosity, leaving them wanting to find out more. It must highlight the pain points or the problem we’re solving and ensuring we’re making it very easy to understand and follow.
The Solution
Recognising that larger corporations was the ideal audience, we pinpointed key decision-makers: HR Business Partners, HR Directors, People and Culture Partners, and Employer Branding Managers. Business decisions can involve up to 7 key decision makers. Therefore, we reached out to multiple key decision makers within each company.
We implemented a proven conversion method. The email campaign was well tailored, ensuring delivery to the right inboxes and avoiding spam filters. Each message was crafted to resonate with each prospect on a personal level, highlighting the solution in a conversational manner. We strategically timed follow-ups to maximise engagement without overwhelming the potential clients.
The results
By aligning our approach with the needs and preferences of our target audience, we successfully generated 112 high-quality leads within a single month!
